Daily Life

A good day should not require invention.

The rhythm is deliberately ordinary: breakfast, work, rest, shared meals, useful conversation, and time set aside to become quiet enough to hear yourself agree.

07:00

First water

The kitchen opens before conversation is expected. Coffee follows hydration, not the other way around.

09:00

Useful work

Garden, kitchen, repair, records, cleaning, workshop. Work assignments are posted after breakfast.

13:00

Common table

Lunch is shared. Silence is not required, but sometimes appears without being requested.

16:00

Reflection

Participants may walk, rest, write, or sit with a guide. Unproductive isolation should be reported before it becomes habitual.

18:30

Supper

The evening meal is the easiest place to remember why people stay.

21:00

Record

The day is briefly reviewed. What was completed is recorded so it does not have to be argued about later.
